Tiered Pricing
At Lumsden Beach Camp, we want camp to be accessible to as many families as possible. Our tiered pricing model allows families to choose the registration fee that best fits their circumstances, while every camper receives the same experience regardless of the tier selected.
The higher tiers help cover more of the true cost of operating camp, while the lower tiers are partially subsidized by Lumsden Beach Camp. This system helps us balance affordability for families with the real costs of providing safe, meaningful, high-quality camp programming.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A non-refundable $60 administration fee will be retained for each camper, for each camp session cancelled.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of the camp session will receive a 50% refund of the registration fees paid, with the remaining 50% retained by Lumsden Beach Camp.
If a camper must withdraw for medical reasons, a full refund will be issued, less the $60 administration fee, provided a doctor’s note is submitted before the camper’s session begins.
Refund requests and supporting medical documentation received after the start of the camp session will not be eligible for a medical refund.
